Depending on how you use the directory, we may collect identifiers and contact details; internet or device activity; approximate location and directory-search preferences; commercial and payment information; professional or listing information; user-provided content; and inferences needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. We collect these categories directly from users, automatically from devices with appropriate consent, from listing owners, and from public or licensed directory sources.

Purposes and retention

We use these categories to provide accounts and directory services, process listings, claims, leads, advertising, and payments, secure the site, communicate, comply with law, and perform consented analytics. We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide the service, and to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

We do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The directory may display first-party house or listing ads that are not based on activity across unrelated businesses.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

California rights

To the extent the CCPA/CPRA applies, California residents may have rights to know or access, delete, correct, and receive information about categories of collection and disclosure; to opt out of sale or sharing; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to receive equal service without unlawful discrimination. We may verify a request and may recognize an authorized agent as required by law.
