Who we are
Top O.C. Dentists is operated by Top O.C. Dentists. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when adults, parents, guardians, directory members, listing owners, and advertisers use this site.
Our services are intended for adults, including parents and guardians, and are not directed to children under 13.
Information we collect
We may receive account and contact information, form and listing submissions, claim-verification materials, reviews, payment and transaction details handled by Stripe, device and browser information, consent choices, and—when allowed—analytics information about pages and directory features used.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the directory, provide accounts and listing tools, process submissions and payments, respond to messages, prevent abuse, maintain listings, measure consented site performance, satisfy legal obligations, and improve our services.
Service providers and disclosures
We use providers including Google for maps, Street View, Search Console, and consented analytics; Stripe for payment services; Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention; Vercel AI Gateway and its selected model provider when you choose AI search; hosting, database, media, email, and support providers; and professional advisers when necessary. AI search first attempts a local match against verified site filters. When additional interpretation is needed, query text may be sent through Vercel AI Gateway to the selected model provider, and search plans may be cached briefly to improve performance and control cost. Raw AI search query text is not intentionally sent to analytics. We may also disclose information when required by law or during a business transaction.
Advertising
This site currently displays first-party directory and house advertisements but does not enable cross-context behavioral advertising. These first-party ads do not depend on optional cookie consent.
Retention, security, and choices
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide the service, and to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. You may update account information, unsubscribe from marketing messages, adjust Cookie Settings, or contact us about applicable privacy rights.
